Refund and Replacement Policies

Returning damaged products

If an item ordered by you at e2kart.com is delivered in a damaged condition, you may kindly send us a mail to info@e2kart.com revealing the nature of damage / defect.
For replacement / refund, customer needs to be sent us the product back within 7 days after delivering the product besides warranty. Further delay would consider as the usage of product by the customer and he will not be entitled for any replacement or price refund.

We shall start processing for the replacement once the item reached us. The courier charges incurred by you to return the damaged product will be refunded if only it is found unopened.

Returns policy

You can return any unopened item in its original packaging along with accessories and freebies, for a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

Return Policy will not be applicable to the following:

Perishable products (all edible items including chocolates, cakes and flowers).
Any electronic item or gadget with a missing serial number or with seal broken condition.
Gift certificates and gift vouchers.

Personal care and hygiene products which include:

(a) Cosmetics, perfumes, fragrances and deodorants.

(b) Inner wear and lingerie.

(c) Gold / Silver and any other jewelery items.

Products covered by vendor warranty

We at e2kart.com, offer vendor warranty to products and any defect on product is observed during the warranty period will be serviced / replaced by us. Then, please courier the product back to us to the address given in the 'Contact Us' along with the Returns/ Replacement request form.

Products covered by manufacturer's warranty

We sell mostly manufacturer's warranty products and any defects on the product during the warranty period will have to be brought to the attention of your nearest service station of the particular brand to get the same serviced. 5. Replacement policy is only for customers in India and we won't be able to provide exchange/returns or refunds to our international customers due to unfordable shipping cost.
