Despite our best intentions to ship the orders, we sometimes end up canceling the order due to stock issues, service issues etc. On such occasions, we make sure that the payment received by us is refunded back to customers account. We initiate refund to customers account immediately based on the payment option customer used. The refund will be credited to customers credit / debit card account within 10 working days from the date of refund initiation. In all circumstances including non availability of product where company could not deliver the products within 30 days customer will be getting the refunded amount automatically to their respective account.
If customer has used ‘pay by cheque’ option, the refund will be carried out in the form of cheque or credited to e2kart.com prepaid account, if customer insists to do so.

Refund for Credit Points Purchases

Those who purchased the product by partial payment (credit point + extra amount) refund of total amount will be in terms of credit points in any circumstances.
